Present at Les Halles since 1988, Franck Bourdeau has proven himself time and time again. Rewarded for his specialities such as andouillette à la corde and jambon au torchon, we also like to pass by his stall to discover rillons, rillettes and traditional charcuterie. In summer, you can enjoy sausages with herbs, chorizo to grill, brochettes and thinly sliced poultry with lemon-rosemary sauce. In the same spirit, don't miss the inevitable Easter pâté or the lobsters and foie gras at the end of the year. The welcome is charming!
