Thanks to this "locavore cellar-grocery", we discover that along the 1,000 km that make up the Loire, the terroirs are varied. François guides us through the specialties of yesteryear and original creations based on local products. Mushroom spreads from Montsoreau, fish terrines from the Loire, honey from the black bees of Sologne... And of course wines, with an original selection of vintages from unknown grape varieties. In addition, books (on Touraine of course!). Tastings and animations also put the local biodiversity in the honor.
