Since April 2024, Philippe Niçaise has taken over the successful cheese dairy of Marie-Thérèse and Thierry Cartereau. He selects farmhouse products that reveal the terroirs of the whole of France (95% of the selection is made from AOC PDO farmhouse raw milk), as well as a few Swiss, Italian and English specimens. A fine collection of cheeses made from cow's, goat's or ewe's milk. It offers seasonal cheeses to delight lovers of exceptional cheeses. To diversify a little, you'll also find some farm products (wine, jams...). A warm welcome!
