Restaurant with view on the garden of the castle where to taste fruit cocktails in Villandry.

In a flowery and historical setting, throughout the day you can enjoy fruit cocktails, artisanal ice creams, but also a nice selection of teas and infusions. We recommend the "coupe gourmande", an assortment of salted mini-bouchées with a glass of sparkling vouvray or the assortment of all the desserts on the menu with a hot drink. A seminar room is also available with a view of the castle gardens. It is also possible to combine the castle entrance with a meal in the restaurant (only on reservation).

Simple mais pratique et sympa
La carte est très courte et ne propose que des plats très simples (assiette de charcuterie locale, salades, steak tartare) mais l'endroit est agréable, pratique pendant ou après la visite du château et des jardins de Villandry. Les prix pratiqués sont honnêtes vu la situation et l'affluence en saison.
Bref, bien pour se restaurer et se détendre à l'occasion de la visite de Villandry.

Le seul intérêt est sa situation géographique ;au pied même du château , quoi de plus commode. ...mais au niveau cuisine 0 pointe ...nous étions 2 et avons pris le menu 3 plats ...le plat dit végétarien est tout simplement horrible...des légumes parait-il cuits à la vapeur mais pas assez cuits et sans accommodements. ...4 fraises coupées qui se battent en duel dans une minuscule coupelle comme dessert....une note de 69 € à l'arrivée sans compter un humour du serveur plus que douteux..faites 200 mètres de plus à pied et vous trouverez certainement mieux.... Fuyez cet entrout ...un piège à touristes

Happy surprise that this restaurant adjacent to the magnificent château de Villandry. With the influx of tourists you might expect has a reception and a food " rapide" It it is nothing! The reception is always warm and personal and the menus change with promenade. Inventive cuisine and aromatic, has to recommend because even the prices are not more affordable.
