MAISON MIRAULT
This family-run business doesn't own any vines, and works as a négociant-éleveur (wine merchant) from wines purchased as must at harvest time. The wines are aged in our tuffeau cellars. Vouvray is available to suit all tastes: dry, demi-sec, moelleux or méthode traditionnelle, Touraine rosé (méthode traditionnelle), Bourgueil, Chinon, Saint-Nicolas are all available, and there's no shortage of tasting advice. You can visit the cellars (free, by appointment) and watch the winemaking process. You're also invited to stop off at the souvenir store, where you'll find a wide range of regional products (wines, jams, Vouvray grapes, poires tapées, etc.), as well as gift boxes featuring wines and local produce.
