The winery produces organically grown wine, and you'll be warmly welcomed for a tour of the cellars. East of Tours, along the north bank of the Loire, the Vouvray vineyard welcomes you to the ALLIAS estate. This 14-hectare estate is entirely devoted to winegrowing, with the Clos du Petit Mont at its center. Since 2003, organic farming has been officially applied throughout the estate. You can buy organic wine directly from the estate.

En visitant les caves creusées dans le tuffeau, on sent la présence de toutes les générations (5 je crois) qui ont œuvré à la réalisation de vins de vraiment grande qualité. On y trouve des vins tranquilles (moelleux, secs, demi secs) et effervescents bruts et demi secs. Tous les vins sont bio et sont très parfumés. Situé en haut de la vallée Coquette, on a une magnifique vue sur les vignes et les environs.
