MADO ROBIN MUSEUM
A moving little museum dedicated to the soprano singer Madeleine-Marie Robin, which hosts exhibitions, to discover in Yzeures.
A moving little museum dedicated to the soprano singer Madeleine-Marie Robin, known as Mado. She was born in Yzeures in 1918 and died in 1960. Her dressing room has been reconstituted with her main stage costumes. This museum gathers objects having belonged to her and audio and video documents. The diva was famous all over the world for having given a counter-counter-re, the highest note ever sung! One admirer even compared her throat to Lourdes where miracles occurred... You can also see temporary exhibitions.
