The idea: alternating fish and meat - according to arrival and season - richly accompanied by forgotten vegetables, as emphasized by the inspired chef, Franck Uyart. Évitez ce restaurant à tout prix
quartiers de fraises qui surnagent quand à la menthe fraîche nous ne l'avons pas trouvée.
