Service et Empathie niveau ZERO
Annulation 3 jours avant le séjour via booking... problème de chauffe eau ... absence de prise en compte du problème de la part du propriétaire ... c'est au client à réaliser les démarches pour se trouver une solution de relogement et activer les services de booking... sérieux doutes sur la sincérité et l origine du problème !!!
