Hand-picked, 3 hectares of vines, one of which is devoted to 100% Sauvignon Blanc and the other two to red (20% Gamay Noir with white juice and 80% Pinot Noir): Florian Roblin enchants the slopes of the Giennois on white and flinty clay soils. Everything is homemade and nothing is imported to accommodate the result. Rare... Only half an hour for the visit and the singing of the wine that takes you away. You will be eager to taste its generous production that stands out. Without forgetting that the Giennois hillsides have been AOC for more than sixty years.
