With more than three million roses produced per year, Bellegarde supplies the third production of roses in France. Every Easter weekend, the curious and passionate people come to attend this rose foire fair. On a carnival basis, thousands of varieties of roses and other species are on sale with advice from specialists in the region. Visitors will also find numerous exhibitors on the garden and the habitat (about 150 exhibitors all activities). Each year, a different country is invited to the fair, after Portugal, it is Belgium's turn to be welcomed. In mid-November, the Growers Market takes over, on the background of a gastronomic and wine market.
