L'HYDROPATHE
Restaurant offering quality products in a simple and friendly atmosphere.
The name of the literary club founded by Emile Goudeau in Paris in 1878 has been revived by L'Hydropathe in Briare. This friendly establishment offers the chance to savor its velouté de potimarron, ris de veau, filet de turbot, duo de ganaches chocolat... all sorts of culinary subtleties featuring essentially fresh produce. In a friendly atmosphere, the attentive staff promises memorable tasting moments. Be warned: grumpy diners will be charged an extra €10... dixit: those who get sick from water!
