To say that their restaurant is convivial and that you can feel yourself becoming a Solognot in this place where old beams and bricks draw the beautiful alliance of the region would be an understatement. As for the cuisine, with a menu that changes every 7 days, we enjoy "fresh and in season". This stimulates our creativity, and between a glazed trout and a rabbit effiloché and their famous Tarte Tatin, we're salivating. Loire wines in the spotlight, including those from Maison Bourgeois in Sancerre! A must !
