HOUSE OF NATURE AND WATER

The former lock house of Bûges, located on this site crossed by three channels (from Nautiques, Du and Orléans), houses the House of Nature and Water. Here you can find everything you need to explore the right travel and leisure itineraries, but also withdraw tickets for cruises and tourist events in the surroundings. Exhibitions are also offered in a playful and educational setting, to raise awareness of wildlife and flora (paid tour, upon reservation). Animations can be found in the natural surroundings of Chalette, its fauna and flora and its historical and industrial heritage. Children thus have the opportunity to deepen scientific concepts in the classroom in the classroom. From March to June, one Sunday morning a month, a bird song initiation session is proposed. This animation is accessible to everyone, provided you open its ears and not make noise… Program upon request.
