LE SAUVAGE
Since June 1, 2011, Marine and Joris Bourillon have been in charge of this establishment. Their menu is in the vein of traditional French cuisine, with a fairly strong presence of fish and some sweet and sour dishes such as this salmon steak with citrus zest and honey. The establishment located in a former post office relay also has a hotel activity, in a small provincial town that is gaining in character. From May 1 to October 15, 2019, a taste trip to the time of Leonardo da Vinci and Catherine de Medici is organized. Come and enjoy the cuisine as it was prepared for the greats of this world in the castles of the Loire Valley! Full menu for 30 € (aperitif, starter, main course, dessert).
