With its 542 m ², 200 m ² of veranda, 35 sleeps in rooms and a professional kitchen that can be used by a caterer, this cottage is particularly suitable for celebrations, weddings and seminars. On the ground floor is the reception room, veranda area, kitchen, health and a single-foot room accessible for disabled people. The floor consists of a dozen rooms with two to eight beds, with eight showers and four toilets. A separate cottage can accommodate up to other people. Around the cottage, the land is hectares and contains a water plan. The whole is situated in a rural setting, about kilometres from Châteauneuf and thus from the Loire.
