Considered in the region as a "temple" (the ad hoc word here in Coligny...) of French gastronomy, we have the privilege of quality service in terms of culinary traditions, at a price "off the rack"! The elegant plates include foie gras mi-cuit, tournedos au bleu des Causses, and charlotte aux pralines Mazet, to complete the descent into a paradise of flavors. The desire to prolong the meal surprises us from the very first course. 35 years of permanent experience can't lie. A must not fail!
