From the Mantelot lock, two marked paths of two and three kilometers allow you to discover this natural site of almost 70 hectares, sometimes called "the island of Ousson". This ligerous landscape oscillates between sand strikes and alluvial forest, high-grass wetlands and areas of meadows, as well as dry lawns, punctuated with bushes and bordered by hedges. She starts her departure at the beginning of the famous - but less known because enigmatic - Loire islands.
