NOTRE DAME BASILICA
The flamboyant Gothic basilica where Charles VII was buried, hosts a pilgrimage dedicated to the Virgin Mary every September 8.
We are invited to flamboyant gothic style in this promising basilica that can be seen from afar. With its long nave, it was built on a Latin cross plan. Despite the irreparable damage left by the wars of religion and the Revolution, the tombs of Louis XI and Charlotte of Savoy remain... Statues, paintings, processional banners, 16th century oak stalls and baptismal fonts enrich the knowledge. Every 8th September, a pilgrimage dedicated to the Virgin Mary continues the tradition.
