SAFRAN DES TEMPLIERS

Located in the small commune of Égry in northern Loiret, Safran des Templiers is a farm specializing in the production and harvesting of saffron. The Buizard family, who own the farm, offer a wide range of saffron-based products, such as stigmas and saffron powder, as well as by-products such as honey, terrines and cakes, produced in collaboration with local artisans. Visitors can explore the farm on guided or self-guided tours, lasting an average of 1h30. Groups can also enjoy a free tasting session. Safran des Templiers is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and has parking facilities for coaches.
