Holders since 2015 of a Michelin star, which they will decline in 2023 in order to work on flavors as they see fit, without constraint, Sophie, Cléophée and Arnaud have opened Côté Jardin to share their fine culinary audacity around fish accompanied by regional seasonal vegetables, without neglecting beautiful poultry and elaborate desserts. Rare paintings of these dishes combine beauty and olfactory effervescence built on astonishing opposites. On the garden side, the chef becomes a painter. Regal, regal, regal... royal!
