The Canis Club d'Ingré is the oldest dog club in the Centre region of France. Founded in 1949, it has had several addresses: it flourished until 1953 on rue Jousselin in Orléans, then moved for ten years to boulevard Jean Jaurès, then rue des Murlins, still in Orléans. In 1987, it moved to its current site in Ingré, where it enjoys excellent facilities. Since then, the Canis Club Orléanais d'Ingré has been renamed Canis Club d'Ingré. Activities: agility, mondioring, obedience, tracking, ring and standard exhibition (for L.O.F. dogs), agility and obedience (for non-L.O.F. dogs, not eligible for the French championship), flyball (for L.O.F. or non-L.O.F. dogs). The Canis Club regularly organizes competitions.
