" Together, help man to recover "is the motto of the food bank. The Food Bank of Loiret stores tons of food in its warehouses to redistribute them to the most disadvantaged, through charities and social organizations. It thus plays a role as a food aid wholesaler. The commodity comes mainly from the European Union, which, through the European Programme of Aid to the poorest (MDP), donated cereal and dairy products. The rest of the goods come from the donations of producers, the agri-food industry, the large distribution (which then become solidarity companies), the State and the general public (especially during the collections organised by the Food Bank in large areas).
