L'INTENTION
Bistronomic establishment in Jargeau with succulent: leg of lamb confit, sea bass tartare and rabbit with Orléans mustard!
If it's said that L'Intention is bistronomic, it's certainly evolved. By which we mean attractive, sophisticated cuisine using seasonal produce from France. For the pleasure of this label prepared with finesse and pleasure, let yourself be tempted by a fricassee of scallops, monkfish with seaweed risotto or lamb confit curry-curcuma punctuated with squash; a chocolate-praline tart is welcome to conclude. With a menu that changes every week, Alice and Grégory at L'Intention are all about attention!
