AYROLE
In 1904, Eugène Ayrole launched his specialty, the languages of women: tasty almond croquets that continue to ensure the reputation of the house. Today, Mr. and Mrs. Ayrole perpetuate tradition by offering attractive specialities: tuiles and twigs to the orange, the mystery of Sologne (ganache of black chocolate, foam to white chocolates, apple to honey), ice creams, cakes, almond paste, etc. Chocolate lovers will choose to pecnot roasted hazelnuts, pair to spices or potatoes with subtle praline, delicate specialities that make this house home to three other shops, in Châteauneuf-sur-Loire and Saint-Denis-en-Val in Loiret, but also in Lamotte-Beuvron, Loir-et-Cher.
