VIGNOBLE DU CHANT D’OISEAUX
Edouard Montigny holds the reins of this hectare family farm. With an experience acquired in the cellars of Saint-Emilion, Corsica and Australia, this wine winery perpetuates the taste of vine work in the vineyard of Oiseaux. You can come on the spot to taste a white orleans from the Chardonnay grape (the white orléans 1995 was gold medallist at the general agricultural competition in Paris), a rosé orleans, a red orleans, derived from the Pinot meunier, or the Orleans red, derived from the pinot Cabernet rouge. More unusual in the region, this vineyard also has a few feet of grey Sauvignon that give a little white of dry and fruity countries. Finally, if you are curious to know a little more about winemaking and wine production, please know that the Bird Song vineyard, a member of the "Welcome to la Ferme" network, will open your doors for a guided tour.
