Created in 1862, the Durzy Garden is characterized by its conifers: spruces, larches, cypresses that are fragrant depending on the season. Several redwoods, including a giant and a soap tree cited as a "Remarkable Tree", embellish the whole, as well as the large-flowered magnolia and the weeping blue cedar. We will contemplate the 5 arcanes of Lorris, facade of an old Templar house. Together with the Girodet Museum, a former mansion, this garden was bequeathed to the city by a native of the area, named Durzy. The many benches that line it make this garden a place of meditation.
