MAZET CONFISEUR
The small, jaune yellow box now has a large number of small sisters, drawn by designers, designers and even an architect. Chocolate fondue, XXL boxes for fans of big chocolate candy, boxes Good Things: the colour burst into this store which contributes greatly to the notoriety of Montargis. Some tastes may surprise, like the Chokothé, a skilful mixture of candied ginger coated with tea chocolate. But if one thing remains, it's the inimitable praslines. Stars of confectionery are the oldest sweets of France: The recipe made of toasted almonds and caramelized dates back to the th century. All cabossées, their qualities prove to be in their hearts, like the wooden Quasimodo which marks the entrance of the Boutique boutique. This store is located in the most beautiful home of the city: its decor of stained glass and wood panelling reserves a journey over time. The praslines also fall into salt caramel and - for the winter - orange-cloves. Don't go above the Mazettes, without stopping you: this candy to caramel almonds coated with white chocolate with pistachio is the novelty by the end of 2013. Presented in Tokyo at the beginning of 2014, they are called to a great success! Christmas and Easter are two great appointments for this house, with specific recipes corresponding to the season.
