Here you find the droppings of the dog Montargis. This confectionery, created in 1968, never misses its name. It's a hazelnut praline in his hull, soaked in black chocolate. You will see that this confectionery, dressed with its golden dress, knows how to make it irresistible. The other speciality of the house is montargois pavés, brought by Ms Olanier, owner of the places: These chocolates are filled with an old praline cooked in the copper cauldron. In this shop you will also find sugar, caramels and nougats, as well as a range of regional specialities, including the latest giennois caps.
