The offer of restoration in this part of the department is not necessarily very rich. We also appreciate the "relais" cuisine offered by the Saint-Sauveur. Simple dishes but seasonal products and an authentic atmosphere. At the same time as a bar of regulars and a newspaper kiosk, it attracts the locals as much as tourists coming out of the forest of Orleans. Nothing extraordinary but hearty and warm cuisine. Attention, think of booking for dinner, the restaurant closed usually pretty early.

J'ai mangé au Relais lors de mon dernier séjour à Nibelle. J'étais conquis par leur cuisine. Tout simplement exquise.
