Open every day for lunch and dinner (except Sunday evenings) throughout the year, Atelier 128 has opted for a cuisine where meat is king of the house. Custom-made tartars are concocted, as are extra-meat platters. The menus are breathtaking, and the quality/price ratio is far from malicious. An increasingly popular specialty is the intensely marbled Wa-Gyu matured meat. You may feel the bill, but the memory of this culinary experience will never fade.
