The great advantage of 128 is that it is open every day and all year round. Then, its setting is a bit exotic since we opted for a resolutely modern and original decor where variations between a dark blue/purple and white catch the spirit to say "here we are elsewhere". Open from 8am until 11pm, it is the niche of brasserie or large café style that 128 has chosen, and it has done well. Pizzas, tartars, risottos, pastas, salads, carpaccios, piadines (Italian wrap) and focaccinas represent a certain Italy as well as antipasti in various elastic formulas combining cold meats, grilled vegetables and cheeses. There are also exceptional cold meats called "l'Unique" and the authentic "Bufala & Burrata" served according to the rules of art. Fish and meat are not to be outdone as far as the main course is concerned. Thomas Carneiro, the chef, insists on the choice as to the optimal quality of the products on offer, while Sylvie Thouveny, the creator of 128, constantly creates and generates a beautiful atmosphere. More beautiful osmosis, difficult to ask for. The terrace inspires well-being with the linden trees, protective and singular.
