Lost in a small street on the edge of the city centre, the No 1 club of conviviality welcomes us in a nice atmosphere since 1987. The team makes every effort to feel like a family. In the room, at the bottom, some devices are sweeping your arms under the gaze of a tray coach who takes care of your movements and objectives. On the strength plate, more than 60 workstations are available. On the floor, the large parquetée hall offers collective courses in the right mood: bodypump, stretching, bodybalance, self defense… Between two activities, you can relax in the sauna, steam bath and follow a UV session.
