Refus de la responsable d'honorer une carte cadeau (perdue puis retrouvée..) de plus de 80 € achetée dans leur salon marquée valable 1 an, à 1 an et 1 semaine..... Elle avait pourtant l'air super sympa quand j'étais venu payer ???????? Mais au téléphone aujourd'hui, aucune empathie : "périmé c'est périmé" ????????????????
