Holistic Medicine, including Sophrology, Hypnotherapy and EFT, can be used to address a wide range of issues. The fundamental principle of the Holistic approach lies in the fact of understanding the state of health of a person in its globality according to its physical, psychological, social, ecological and spiritual factors.

There are 4 main areas of intervention which are, at the same time, the management of daily life, therefore to allow to better manage stress, to manage one's emotions, to sleep better, but it can also be an approach to prepare oneself mentally.

Also, it will be the case in particular to prepare for competitions, exams, or sometimes on happier events such as childbirth or a wedding.

Holistic Medicine can intervene in the medical field, which comes as a complement, such as cancer for example, or fibromyalgia and much more, in order to better manage pain and to regain a certain vitality, a certain energy in his daily life.

The last area of intervention, on a much more therapeutic field to better manage phobias such as those of transport or addictions such as tobacco and alcohol.

Holistic Medicine does not replace a conventional treatment and must be done in parallel with a medical treatment, especially when there is an important pathology.

We also find Reflexology and Holistic Massages, which have an approach that is not comparable with conventional massages. Through touch, the holistic massage has a spiritual dimension, which allows to live a suspended moment, in full consciousness. It allows both the giver and the receiver to be fully in the present, and to join all the parts of the body in a single whole. The body is rebalanced and finds its power of self-healing.

To evoke energy, magnetizers speak of fluid. The acupuncturists call it Qi (or Tchi) energy which circulates in the body in order to regenerate it.
