ARTISANS DU MONDE

The association is campaigning for fairer trade between France and emerging countries. Halfway between the shop and the information centre, its desks offer a catalogue of many handicrafts and food products, supplied by the Solidar'World import and marketing company, which works directly with producers in Africa, Asia and Latin America. In this shop on rue de Bourgogne you can find food, fine crockery, jewelry and some accessories. The concept of fair trade aims to guarantee their producers decent remuneration, support them and advise them, while respecting local know-how: so we buy beautiful objects, little common and support a just cause. It is the members of the association who volunteer the shop, always smiling and ready to exchange! The association also organizes awareness campaigns and transmits information campaigns to the public.
