CHEZ MIAN
Chinese restaurant preparing homemade noodles, homemade dishes and seaweed salad
Chez Mian is a small restaurant serving Chinese specialties in the Place de la Bascule in the Saint-Marceau district. The manager and the cook are originally from the province of Gansu. Here, we pull fresh wheat noodles, yes, yes. These noodles called mian are handmade and the cook pulls them by hand right in front of you. This is a traditional Chinese technique. Very few dishes are on the menu, but they are all homemade like the Mian speciality from Lanzhou (noodles with soup, beef and fresh herbs) or the Rou Ji Mo, a speciality from Shan Xi (patty and minced pork). For starters, seaweed salad with sweet and sour sauce or radishes in vinegar are not common in Chinese restaurants. We loved the steamed ravioli, whether with shrimp or pork. The restaurant space is quite small (about 16 seats), but you can order to go. You just have to be patient on Saturday nights, as the newcomers are victims of their own success.

100% fait maison. J'adore ! Les plats sont copieux et délicieux !!! . Le restaurant est petit et mimi dans un quartier très calme. Très facile trouver la place bascule. Le chef fait des pâtes devant nous. 100% conseil et avec plaisir de retourner.
