LE TONNELIER
Address serving a rare cuisine in Orleans with flavors at such a price
Bruno, at his restaurant Le Tonnelier, is always on the lookout to create new dishes from starter to dessert. We dined on an incredible croustillant of calf's head with gribiche sauce, followed by a pan-fried kidney with apples and calvados, and finished with a homemade nougat glacé. A glass of blanc de Catalogne to open and a glass of rouge du Rhône to close this delicious culinary journey. It's sad to leave this place, where you'll happily linger for so long, such is the quality of the welcome, the service and the tasting. Le Tonnelier, never to be missed!

Wines of quality.
Warm welcome.
To discover...
Fresh produce and controlled cooking.
The cheese steak with herbs from the scrubland brings little flavours to the dish if it is only one rubbery texture.
The lamb shank was a delight with its sauce sublime by a clementine tip.
A large wine palette of Corsica.
Available scenery without need to travel...
Address is worth the detour!
