Phood offers revisited Vietnamese fast food. Set up in Orléans in September 2018, it is the third establishment of the same name to have opened in France. The restaurant, whose slogan is mange viêt et bien (eat Vietnamese well), claims to be responsible and offers Asian dishes made with fresh produce, without additives and containing a minimum of flavor enhancers: a chic Vietnamese canteen with affordable prices, so to speak... Orders are taken at the counter and service is at the table. On the kitchen side, Bobun salad, Pho soup, popcorn chicken and Banh Mi sandwiches all offer great flavors... topped with lemonade, organic green mint tea or Saigon beer.
