Unique in its kind, Up Dogs is a small fast-food restaurant in the heart of the rue de Bourgogne, specialising in hot dogs. The famous American sandwiches are made in front of us. There are several sausages to choose from: the traditional Alsatian knack, poultry sausage, vegetarian or knife sausage with a small supplement. The hot dogs are hearty and adapted according to the season: with raclette cheese in winter or with more salad in summer. We appreciate its opening until one in the morning, which allows visitors to the surrounding bars to fill a hollow in the stomach. The welcome is rather friendly.
