LE SAINT-BLAISE
This brasserie, located just opposite the Madeleine tram station (Line B), offers a menu of the most honourable, with two dishes renewed daily. This goes from Jargeau's andouillette to the cod haddock (Friday, fish day) passing through the shallot and feu tab… there is also the inevitable and famous faux-filet and fries specifying a simple and French cuisine. Two rooms: on the floor and on the ground floor. The bottom is decorated with paintings from a unique and unknown painter representing New Caledonia's landscape. A nice brush for the cook and its flavours. This beautiful alliance is enhanced by the warm welcome of the boss and the patron - Raymond and Françoise -, two enthusiasts who offer this spacious and authentic place a corner of human warmth and pleasure, a festive sense, life, what! In addition, some days after lunch, an improvised meeting of the associative club of cat lovers with the name "Oscar Gattopardo" calls for conversation, feet, about his cats, the invisible protectors… To discover!
