EUGÈNE
Restaurant offering local products with southern flavors.
Each day, a menu based on the finds chosen by the Breton chef Alain Gérard: a question of market. A renewal that subtly combines local products with the flavors of the South. The gustatory alliances always offer an elegant journey, whether on the sea side with the sea bass marinière with tellin or the grilled squid with rosemary, or on the land side with the rosette of Limousin lamb or the roasted veal hazelnut. One also enjoys the cosy atmosphere, the ad hoc service and the permanent smiles. An excellent address for aesthetes.
