LE LIFT
Address serving a main course, a platter of farmhouse and aged cheeses.
To reach the restaurant, you have to climb 42 steps, but don't worry, the elevator reserved for customers only knows how to make itself useful. Hence the name Lift, which means lift in English. On the pleasant terrace, among the garden of the Charpenterie, enhanced by good weather, or in the dining room (with a hyper modern and offbeat décor, a little Nordic spirit with a view on the Loire), the chef proposes a festival of flavours to match! Fish and meat are also presented as starters as well as main courses, followed by a platter of farmhouse and mature cheeses as well as desserts with convoluted combinations, but who knows? We will not confirm the fresh and organic, that "silk stocking", as we say among the initiated... To note: theme evenings in agreement with the Culinary College of France, and not to be missed under any pretext. We are dealing with a great man here, a very great man.
