Rest assured that you will be served on the search side! See: Tartare of lemon and radish gambas, with wasabi on bread Nori, a plate of Loire fish with perch or pike wells depending on delivery, brûlée cream with cranberries or vacherin… Patrice Beaudoin, Master Restaurant, practicing the instinctive cuisine and the result is reserved for the gourmets, as it is necessary to learn to appreciate the combined flavors, otherwise. With his wife Valérie, this couple also offers, on the floor, a private room for seminars, receptions, meetings, with magnificent views over the Loire. Come to the Green Cabinet (the old name of this institution) to taste another way of approval, letting you lead by your end beak instinct!

Not much choice on the menu including desserts (just two which undoubtedly turned around the meringue bought in addition). Someone asked whether you could not have one, the owner said that it was going to see the chef but at the time of the dessert it next to one of desk without him to have a return to its question. Serve a dessert Polux meringue for adults... Soft tile, meringue without taste without mentioning île flottante (meringue with the strawberry tagada on a too liquid cream)
The other dishes were without taste, wanted to be inventive but without being able to bring them.
