Hidden in a small street behind the square of Martroi, Eugene is one of the best orléanaises addresses. Alain Gérard offers seasonal cuisine based on quality products. The result is there, sunny, imaginative and delicious. As the number of tables is reduced, it is prudent and even imperative to reserve. With its refined dishes, excellent service, Eugene has everything to be appreciated. We appreciate the alliance and wines offered to accompany each dish of wine that sublimera it. From the tile craquante to the baking cream of the palm calf caramélisée, we find products delicately cooked in the culinary tradition with an originality. In dessert, the fluted of chocolate or the thousand sheet of raspberry finish convincing.
