A good hundred whiskies await you, but also rum and gin, which does not prevent you from drinking a glass of wine! So, for a dish of consistency: blend burgers, beef ribs, candied lamb's mouse, gambas flambéed with cognac; for dessert, lavender crème brûlée, Tatin tart revisited or gianduja shortbread. Enough to delight a stomach that has previously been cleaned by the strong alcohols on offer, since " blend " means "mixed".
