In the Irish-New York ambience of the Blend Bistrot Pub, five chefs are at work to satisfy your palate, which, after "liquidating" a few house cocktails, will no longer be thirsty but hungry: the transition from liquids to solids. Over a hundred whiskies await you, as well as rum and gin, although wine is not forbidden! For main courses: blend burgers, beef ribs, confit lamb mouse, gambas flambéed in cognac; for dessert: lavender crème brûlée, revisited tarte Tatin or gianduja sablé. Enough to delight a stomach that has previously been visited by strong alcohols, since blend means "mixed".
