The name bistronomic is apt, as the cuisine is inventive, mixing ingredients in unusual ways, such as avocado and pineapple, black radish and pear. The menu changes frequently. Meat and fish are finely crafted, served with a sophisticated mix of vegetables. As for the desserts, close your eyes and savor them, your palate is delighted. Fresh" and "seasonal" go without saying, as does "local". A little effort in the presentation of the dishes would be perfect. L'Ardoise is a place to indulge.
