L'ENTRACTE BY PAUL
The Intermission by Paul, renovated two years ago, is now in a resolutely modern decor with lighting white lights, shaded white lights and colourful neon and purple hues. The space presented is convincing, but the dishes are less. Let's say that everything is respectable and that many establishments, unfortunately, provide without any more basic food appearing for something else, but apart from this efficient input of rapid lunch power when one is pressed, nothing allows us to keep on the quality of the products served. Certainly the costs mixed with frozen depending on whether or they are not coming, certainly good will, but in view of the rates charged, we can ask ourselves whether it deserves to stop there. It is tempting that the hotel under construction at its side will allow it to improve its culinary benefits. Bistro side: there is nothing wrong.
