THÉÂTRE GÉRARD PHILIPE
This 542-seat room in the heart of the Source district is a privileged place for the lively live show in Orléans. Local companies are closely associated with programming, and shows for young audiences and schools are credited to the programming. The objective of this site is to make the live spectacle accessible to a widest audience possible but also to host companies in residential establishments of theatrical, musical, choreographic and cinematographic creations. The Gérard-Philipe theatre also maintains numerous partnerships with the University, but also the Conservatory and the Astrolabe, which allow other local cultural actors to use the room. Here you can see the performances of the student troupe, Bath'Art, or the fiery improvisation games of the Grossomodo association. A place of very diverse expressions, therefore.
