To practice Aikido in Orléans, you can contact the A.S.P.T.T. (Sports Association of Postal and Telecommunications) in Orléans at its headquarters, Place Albert Camus in Orléans La Source. You will be informed about this sport proposed among many others by the association. At the age of 16, young people can register there (not before at the moment, even though it is about opening an aikido school for children starting in 8, on Wednesday afternoon, in Orléans La Source and for all levels… but it is only at the stage of project). Equipment: White kimono with white belt is mandatory, as well as a medical certificate.
