U.S.O. AIKIDO
At the U.S.O. (Union Sportive Orléanaise) Aikido, everyone is welcomed: adults and children. For the small ones, it is at the age of 7, that they can integrate training. The club enables persons with disabilities (suffering from hearing or mental disabilities) to have access to the practice of this sport, this Japanese martial art, rich in teachings and source of development. It is Mr. Eric Bizot who will be best able to provide you with all the information and advice you need before you dress your Keikogi (the kimono of Aikido).
